I have just had a great time putting together the new Web page land.wakeupandbreathe.com
It really has been a trial all this internet stuff but I think we are getting there.
There are two ways of looking at this particular exercises program .
1.its a Five Minute a Day exercise Program for Everyone2. I should mention that its based on Tai Chi and Chi Gung

Now the problem I have is whether or not people who are interested in learning a 5 minute a day
exercise will like the idea of Tai Chi or Chi Gung.

My original (and still ) idea is to make an exercise program which does not have a label and thereforeno technical Jargon need be put in.

However I have noticed that when I speak to people and explain to them that its a system or program based
on Tai Chi and Chi Gung they actually understand that concept as well

So for all of you out there that appreciated the association there you are .
For those of you that don't forget I ever said it. Just need to do the exercises without the lables

An EVA Air Boeing 747-45EM taking off from runway 36L at Amsterdam-Schiphol (AMS / EHAM), Netherlands ... Someone probably had to change their underwear after this one! The timing and angle of this shot (particularly the size of the 747), makes 'the event' look even more spectacular!     At liftoff, the distance to the fence was just 145 meters (475ft)...! (This was horizontal distance, not vertical!)     I must seriously wonder if any member of the EVA cockpit crew bothered to compute the 'required runway length' prior to them initiating the takeoff roll?   EVA SHOULD HAVE A WORD WITH HER CREW!!

Many property investors have been struggling to find finance for properties in need of refurbishment. The majority of lenders will only release mortgage funds once a property is let and the few lenders that will take a view, do not cater for the larger projects or the more complex properties (HMO, Multi-unit Freeholds).

 

Some investors go down the Bridging Finance route although again struggle for options if the property is not a traditional house or flat. Short term lenders are often reluctant to lend if there is not a guaranteed option for longer term funding – especially if it is the intention to keep the property as an investment. Bridging lenders are also reluctant to lend to Limited Companies. Typical Bridging Finance costs are c1.5% per month, with entry and exit fees of 1.5% to 2% on average.

 

Some are forced to purchase and refurbish the property from savings or private funding and are told that they have to wait 6m before raising a mortgage.
